1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability.
All deliveries are done by contracted third-party delivery providers.
We reserve the right to make changes to our Delivery Policy at any time, any changes will be updated on this page. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with our Delivery Policy we advise you to frequently visit this page.
2. Store Pickup
If you select store pickup as the delivery option at checkout, your order will be available for collection at our retail outlet in Maraval, Trinidad. Pickup is available during the retail outlet’s hours of operation Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Public Holidays.
3. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Trinidad. We do accept orders and payments from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Trinidad only.
4. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and area subject to the approval and payment confirmation of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the estimated delivery time frame from the date your order is completed. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays through contracted third-party delivery provider.
Please note we do not delivery on Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or Public Holidays.
5. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are based on items ordered and the delivery zone. For delivery costs, on the checkout page select delivery, identify delivery zone area and a delivery estimate will be provided to you based on the charges from our contracted third-party delivery provider.
Additional charges may apply to orders of large quantities or heavy items. You will be advised on any additional charges upon order confirmation.
6. International Deliveries
We do not offer international delivery at this time.
7. Same Day Deliveries
We do not offer same day delivery at this time.
8. Damaged Items in Transport
